My yoga journey started in wellbeing when I studied Holistic Therapy which connected me to the path of Yoga along with other forms of alternative therapy such as Reiki and Shamanism.
Yoga can be a wonderful antidote to help balance your body, mind and spirit. It offers a form of regulating our stress level and gradually finding peace either through asana, chant, mediation, breath-work and savannah.A regular Yoga practice helps to promote endurance, balance, strength and flexibility to joints and muscle promoting independence in later life.
My fusion classes consist of different styles of yoga from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini and Yin. I have been grateful to the influential and inspiring teacher who has guided me.
Currently my teaching is with the British Wheel of Yoga which certified Yoga and Diploma qualification. My style can be as dynamic or calming as you want it to be because it's your yoga practice and different postures are considered for each individual.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have practised yoga before you are welcomed.
